Four men have been arrested on suspicion of affray following a disturbance at a property in Sneinton.
Two of the men have been taken to hospital with stab wounds and while neither are believed to be life-threatening or life-altering, one of the men’s injuries is described as serious.
The incident happened in Colwick Road at around 1.55pm today (Wednesday 6 November).
Detective Inspector Kim Binns, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Officers were quickly deployed to the area and made four arrests and are currently making enquiries nearby.
“We believe the incident was a targeted attack which may be linked to an earlier assault in Sneinton, where a man was punched and kicked.
“We will be questioning the men in custody but in the meantime I would urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or has CCTV or dash-cam footage of anything that could help the enquiry, to call us on 101 quoting incident number 441 of 6 November 2019.”
