Two men charged with Curry’s PC World ram-raids and other offences

Two men, aged 34 and 49, have been charged with a total of 13 offences, including burglaries across Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.

Jamie Sylvester, 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with;

• Burglary at  Sainsbury’s – Oadby, Leicester

• Attempt Burglary at Curry’s PC World – Leicester

• Perverting the course of justice

• Going equipped to steal

• Making off without payment

• Two counts of driving with no insurance

49-year-old Wayne Lee Underwood, of  Swadlincote, has been charged with;

• Burglary at Curry’s PC World – Leicester

• Burglary at Curry’s PC World – Mansfield, Nottingham

• Burglary at  Sainsbury’s – Oadby, Leicester

• Attempt Burglary at Curry’s PC World – Leicester

Sylvester appeared at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on 24 September and Underwood on 25 September; both were remanded. They are due to appear at Leicester Crown Court on 22 October 2018.
