Police are appealing for two possible witnesses to come forward who may have information regarding an indecency offence in Castle Donington.
Sometime between 3.40pm and 4pm on Wednesday (12 November) it was reported that a man was seen naked while inside an HGV parked in a lay-by on Park Lane.
Officers attended the scene and a man was arrested.
A 41-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of an act of outraging public decency and has been released under investigation.
As part of police enquiries, a witness has described a man and a young girl also being in the area at the time and may have also witnessed something related to this report.
Officers are keen to speak to these two people or anyone who may have seen something connected to this incident.
