UK Covid update 11 September

There were 1,241,334 tests reported on 9 September 2021. This shows an increase of 31.3%compared to the previous 7 days.

Between 3 September 2021 and 9 September 2021, there have been 7,999,761 tests.

Cases

A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.

29,547 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on 11 September 2021.

Between 5 September 2021 and 11 September 2021, 259,849 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows an increase of 5.9% compared to the previous 7 days.

Vaccinations

Vaccines are currently given in 2 doses, at least 21 days apart.

48,395,359 people had been given a first dose by the end of 10 September 2021.

Healthcare
