Testing
Testing is where we do a test to see who has coronavirus. Some people are tested more than once.
There were 1,052,222 tests reported on 13 June 2021. This shows an increase of 12.8% compared to the previous 7 days.
Between 7 June 2021 and 13 June 2021, there have been 6,009,473 tests.
Cases
A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.
7,742 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on 14 June 2021.
Between 8 June 2021 and 14 June 2021, 52,076 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows an increase of 45.5% compared to the previous 7 days.
Vaccinations
Vaccines are currently given in 2 doses, at least 21 days apart.
41,698,429 people had been given a first dose by the end of 13 June 2021.

Healthcare
Some people with coronavirus have to go into hospital.
187 people with coronavirus went into hospital on 8 June 2021.
