Testing

There were 881,805 tests reported on 29 June 2021. This shows an increase of 5.8% compared to the previous 7 days.

Between 23 June 2021 and 29 June 2021, there have been 6,886,435 tests.

Cases

A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.

26,068 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on 30 June 2021.

Between 24 June 2021 and 30 June 2021, 135,074 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows an increase of 69.9% compared to the previous 7 days.

Vaccinations

Vaccines are currently given in 2 doses, at least 21 days apart.

44,719,762 people had been given a first dose by the end of 29 June 2021.

32,872,450 people had been given a second dose by the end of 29 June 2021.

Healthcare

Some people with coronavirus have to go into hospital.

Deaths

Between 24 June 2021 and 30 June 2021, there have been 113 deaths within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test. This shows an increase of 11.9% compared to the previous 7 days.
