Cases

A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.

32,548 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on 7 July 2021.

Between 1 July 2021 and 7 July 2021, 192,902 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows an increase of 42.8% compared to the previous 7 days.

Vaccinations

Vaccines are currently given in 2 doses, at least 21 days apart.

45,514,492 people had been given a first dose by the end of 6 July 2021.

Healthcare

Some people with coronavirus have to go into hospital.
