There were 1,346,631 tests reported on 6 September 2021. This shows an increase of 32.6% compared to the previous 7 days.

Between 31 August 2021 and 6 September 2021, there have been 7,438,049 tests.

Cases

A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.

37,489 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on 7 September 2021.

Between 1 September 2021 and 7 September 2021, 269,193 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows an increase of 13.9% compared to the previous 7 days.

Vaccinations

Vaccines are currently given in 2 doses, at least 21 days apart.

48,292,811 people had been given a first dose by the end of 6 September 2021.

43,535,098 people had been given a second dose by the end of 6 September 2021.

Healthcare

Some people with coronavirus have to go into hospital.

Deaths
