The Met Office has updated the weather warning for thunderstorms across Nottinghamshire.
The warning has been amended and remains in force until 8 am on Monday 18 September:
The warning area has been confined to parts of the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire where heavy rain and thunderstorms will last a little longer into the morning.
Heavy rain and thunderstorms will affect parts of eastern England early on Monday morning before clearing into the North Sea. 20 to 30mm of rain could fall in less than an hour, with lightning and hail as additional hazards.
