The road will remain closed for some time and drivers are asked to avoid the area and take alternative routes.’

‘Traffic is being held on the A52 in both directions between A5111 and M1 near Borrowash Derbyshire due to horses in the road.
‘Police and traffic officers are dealing with the situation
