10:00 am – Police have confirmed that the driver of the car was treated at the scene. Road partly blocked for clean up southbound.
9:15 am Traffic is passing the scene one lane blocked, traffic on surrounding roads has eased.
Traffic is at a standstill on surrounding roads.
Nottingham City Transport Green 10 and 10 C are diverting along Melton Road, Musters Road and Eton Road in both directions.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue service said:
‘Crews from Highfields, Stapleford and Stockhill fire stations are at the scene of a road traffic collision on Loughborough Road in West Bridgford.
‘We were called at 8:10 am on 21 July, Nottinghamshire Police and East Midlands Ambulance Service also in attendance.
