A new phase of investment and transformation is now underway at Victoria Centre, bringing a series of exciting changes designed to enhance the customer shopping experience, while the centre remains open as usual for visitors to enjoy.
Shoppers will notice activity around the centre in the coming days, including cranes and access platforms, as external signage is removed. These works mark the start of a wider programme of improvements, all carefully planned and managed to minimise disruption.

This current phase represents a significant long-term investment in the future of Victoria Centre, focused on creating an even better experience for customers. Visitors can expect to see a range of enhancements taking shape over time, including new signage, reconfigured retail spaces, upgraded customer areas, improved seating and modernised car park facilities, all designed to make visits easier, more comfortable and more enjoyable. Importantly, customers can continue to shop, dine and spend time at the centre as normal, with all their favourite brands and services remaining open throughout the works.

As one of Nottingham’s leading retail destinations, Victoria Centre continues to evolve in line with how people want to shop and socialise today. Alongside its established mix of high street names and dining options, newer concepts such as Clocktower Works are already bringing fresh reasons for visitors to spend time at the centre.

Rebecca Milnes-James, Pradera Lateral Asset Manager, said: “For us, this is about long-term commitment rather than short-term change. Victoria Centre has an important role to play in Nottingham, not only as a place to shop, eat and spend time, but as part of the wider life of the city.

“As the way people use places like this continues to change, our focus is on making sure Victoria Centre responds to that while building on the strengths that already make it such an important destination. These works mark the beginning of a really exciting new phase, with more positive changes to come as we continue to invest in the experience for our customers.”
Victoria Centre remains fully open throughout this period, with this programme of improvements reinforcing its commitment to delivering a vibrant, modern and welcoming destination, both now and in the future.
