Hundreds queued outside the Nottingham store as non-essential retail reopened today after four months of closure.
Queues started to form before 6 am in temperatures below zero at the Long Row store.
Primark extended its opening hours by two hours to allow for extra shoppers.
The store opened at 7 am – queues formed on both sides of the entrance from Clumber Street into Old Market Square.
