Broken Rice, a Vietnamese pho cafe will open on Tudor Square.
The cafe will open on Tudor Square at the premises which was most recently Crumbs & Frost and before that for some years it was home to White Rabbit.
In an announcement the business said:
‘We’re BrokenRice, a small Vietnamese eatery opening soon on 12 Tudor Square and we just wanted to introduce ourselves to the community.
‘Broken rice is a classic everyday Vietnamese comfort dish, and bringing it here has been a little dream of ours. Over the past weeks, so many of you have stopped by the shopfront, asked questions, shared excitement, and it honestly means the world to us.
‘Thank you for being so welcoming already
‘We’re currently putting the final touches together and will be having our soft opening on 22nd November, with 30% OFF offer for the first opening week. If you walk past and see us working inside, feel free to wave or pop in. We’re always happy to chat and share a bit about what we do.
‘We can’t wait to serve you hearty bowls of pho, grilled meat broken rice, and the kind of comforting Vietnamese flavours we grew up with.
‘Thanks again for the warm welcome, West Bridgford.’
