Rainworth Post Office is to reopen this month.
It is at the same location – Lake Farm Road, Rainworth, Mansfield, NG21 0ED.
This will restore service to the community after the closure of the branch in February 2026 due to unforeseen circumstances.
The branch is due to reopen on Thursday 30 April at 1 pm.
Opening hours will be Monday to Saturday: 9 am – 5.30 pm.

This will provide 51 hours of Post Office service per week for the convenience of customers. The same range of products and services will be available as before.
David Woodhead, Post Office Area Change Manager, said: “We are pleased to be reopening this branch as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.”
