Police in Radford have vowed to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the community after completing a week of action to target drug-related crime and antisocial behaviour.
Officers from the neighbourhood policing and Operation Reacher teams carried out a number of intelligence-led raids after receiving intelligence from the local community.
Enforcement action was taken at addresses in Park Road, Lenton; Pleasant Court, Hyson Green and Vincent Gardens, Radford, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
Additional patrols were also undertaken in local anti-social behaviour hotspots.

The raids sent a powerful message to the local community – that action will be taken when issues are reported to the police.
Sergeant Mark Westlake, of the Radford Operation Reacher team, said:
“We are showing the community that we are standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them to combat antisocial behaviour and drug related crime that are occurring in the community and making people’s lives a misery.

“So, if you are involved in drug related crime, we want you to know that we are coming around the corner and we are coming for you.
“If that means doing warrants and putting doors in and raiding properties, then we will do it.
“If that means going out in plain clothes then we will get you that way, but we will come for you and we will get you.”
