Weather: Today’s forecast and Easter weekend outlook

The weather forecast for Good Friday 19th April,  including UV and pollen figures – plus the outlook for the Bank Holiday weekend. Any early morning fog patches will clear to leave a largely fine day with long spells of strong hazy sunshine. It will become very warm through the afternoon

Headline:

Fine with warm, although occasionally hazy sunshine.

Today:

A dry day with plenty of sunshine, albeit rather hazy at times. It will also be feeling a little warmer than on Thursday inland, although still rather cool near the Lincolnshire coast. Maximum temperature 23 °C.

Tonight:

A mostly clear night is expected, and locally turning rather chilly. Some fog patches are possible, by dawn, mainly in prone rural spots. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Saturday:

Another bright day with plenty of hazy sunshine, once any early mist or fog clears. It will also be feeling very warm, especially away from the North Sea coast. Maximum temperature 25 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Largely sunny although occasionally rather hazy. Very warm, however some coasts likely staying cooler with any onshore breeze. Chilly overnight, with a risk of patchy fog on Sunday morning.
