Independent wine retailer launches new free delivery and ‘Collect by Car’ services in West Bridgford.
A local, independent wine merchants has launched new FREE delivery and order collection services for residents across Rushcliffe.
Family-owned since 1844, Weavers of Nottingham is now making it easier for local customers to receive their wine and spirit orders, without venturing into Nottingham City Centre.
Weavers now has three order collection points in West Bridgford, Edwalton and Costock village, where customers can conveniently pick up their orders, without making a special journey or paying to park their car.
Weavers are proud to have partnered with three independent, local businesses from where customers can collect their orders.
Weavers’ Managing Director, Philip Trease explains that customers in West Bridgford have been crying out for convenient order collection points for some time, particularly since access to Nottingham City Centre by car has become increasingly difficult.
Philip said:
“We know that our customers like to purchase wines and spirits from us because the products we sell are often sourced from growers direct and are not typically available from other retailers.
“However, we recognise that wines and spirits are a heavy and fragile purchase, so we needed to find ways to enable our customers to access our products, without venturing into town.
“These new partnerships with other local, independent businesses make it easy for our customers to park and pick up their purchases, made either in-store or online.

In addition to the new order collection points, Weavers now delivers orders of 6 bottles or more, free-of-charge, when they are delivering in the local area.
Mike and Steve on the Weavers delivery team are a familiar, friendly faces across Nottinghamshire and typically deliver in the local Rushcliffe area, twice weekly.
