West Bridgford 3rd worst hit area for coronavirus cases in Notts – five other Rushcliffe areas also appear

The weekly release of the Top 20  areas of Nottinghamshire affected by the virus was released just now.

Figures up to 11 October show West Bridgford as the 3rd worst for cases with 179 – and the same position for cases per 100,000 resident population.

Cotgrave, Edwalton, Compton Acres, Gamston, Holme Pierrepont and Ruddington also appear.

Figures released today below: for the last seven days up to 15 October for the borough.

RUSHCLIFFE

A confirmed case is where a person has had a positive test result for Coronavirus.

There were 94 new people with a confirmed positive test result reported on 15 October 2020.

Between 15 October and 15 October 2020, there have been 1,323 people who have had a confirmed positive test result.

There were no new deaths within 28 days of a positive test for Coronavirus reported on 15 October 2020.

Total number of people who have died within 28 days of testing positive for Coronavirus as of 14 October 2020 was 60.

LAST SEVEN DAYS 443 cases – up 170 cases ( +62.3% ) on previous week
