West Bridgford builders win Most Heavenly Builder award

'This Award provides recognition to each and every member of O’Keeffe Building Sevices Ltd who all played a part in delivering such an amazing project.'

O’Keeffe Building Services Ltd has been named the most Heavenly Builder in the Yorkshire and Trent region as part of the Federation of Master Builders’ (FMB) Master Builder Awards 2019.

Since 1999, the Master Builder Awards has been a flagship for high-quality building work, showcasing examples of fantastic craftsmanship, exceptional customer service and building excellence. Organised by the FMB, the awards programme is unique in that any project entered by the builder must be backed up by the customer – giving clients the opportunity to support those building companies that have delivered exceptional results. The awards programme recognises the hard work and contribution that small and medium-sized (SME) construction firms make to the UK construction industry.

The Heavenly Builder category is one in which the winner really epitomises what the awards are all about as it looks for strong evidence of professionalism, courtesy and exceptional customer service.

Russell O’Keeffe told The Wire;

‘“We are so very proud of this award and Thank Coxmoor Golf Club for nominating O’Keeffe’s”

This Award provides recognition to each and every member of O’Keeffe Building Sevices Ltd who all played a part in delivering such an amazing project.

We pride ourselves on providing all of our customers with the very best customer service. We aim to take our clients on a journey, resulting in a finished project that goes beyond their expectations.

Colin Bee (Club Manager) and the team at Coxmoor Golf Club were simply brilliant to work with and the project would not have been achieved without their support and involvement throughout.

Its very exciting that we are now competing on a national level and looking forward to the National Finals ceremony in September.’

O’Keeffe Building Services was selected by judges to be named Heavenly Builder for its work on a brand new golf clubhouse. Clients sang the company’s praises, saying that from the very first meeting until the job was finished O’Keeffe Building Services provided a service which went beyond expectations. The new club house, which at one point was looking like it was to be shelved due to poor quotes from previous building firms, was saved by the team, which was brought in at a very late stage. Judges commended O’Keeffe Building Services for determination, skill and a hard work ethic, bringing the project to completion within budget against tight time constraints, ‘real hero builders’.

O’Keeffe Building Service is now in with a chance of winning the national category title at the Master Builder Awards. The national ceremony will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, London on 20th September.

Caroline Meehan, Director of FMB North, said: “The Heavenly Builder award gives clients the opportunity to thank their builder for going above and beyond the call of duty to complete the job and turn a potentially stressful experience into an enjoyable one.
“Time and time again we have been impressed with just how far these builders will go to ensure their client is happy. It is this dedication that we want to celebrate. O’Keeffe Building Services should feel justly proud of their achievement in winning the Heavenly Builder award, and we wish them every success in the national competition.”
If O’Keeffe Building Services wins the overall national Master Builder Awards title, selected from all national category winners, the firm will drive away in a new Isuzu D-Max Utah Pick Up truck worth more than £30,000. Their client will also receive a cheque for £1,000 for their efforts.
