West Bridgford business wins at Asian Wedding Awards

West Bridgford’s Midland Mandaps Ltd, was awarded ‘Mandap Provider of the Year 2023’ at the recent prestigious awards ceremony held at The Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport NEC.

This is the third time the Nottingham wedding supplier picked up the prestigious award having won it back in 2019 and 2020.

Britain’s 6th Asian Wedding Awards 2023 – organised by Oceanic Consulting – was held to celebrate those who service Britain’s ever-growing Asian wedding industry.

It rewarded the suppliers and thanked those who go above and beyond to make someone’s special day the most memorable of their life.

Midland Mandaps Ltd won the top prize in their category.

Spokesperson, Bobby Sharma, said:

“We love what we do and are absolutely thrilled to receive this award for the third time.

“Thank you to everyone that voted for us, the wedding business is highly competitive so to receive this award again is fantastic and a testament to our passion for the industry.

“Our primary business is mandap hire but we have expanded our services over the years to cater for all event décor for weddings, private parties and corporate events.  We have had the opportunity to work at some amazing venues around the country.”

A Mandap is a temporary 4-pillar structure erected for use during the Hindu wedding.  All the main wedding ceremonies take place under the mandap.
