Since the opening of the office around two years ago Ben (Branch Manager), Adrienne (Senior Negotiator), Talia (Negotiator), Oliver (Mortgage Advisor) and Laura (Administrator) have gone from strength-to-strength and have built an impressive 5-star rating (based on 53 google reviews).

Branch Manager Ben Waters said: “I knew opening up another estate agent was never going to be a popular choice to the people of West Bridgford and I also knew how competitive the property market was here.

“The only way we have managed to move forward was to give a 5-star service to each customer we have come across which would then hopefully breed a positive word of mouth effect”.

“The service and dedication to the client is the team ethos and feel as a team we have shown some excellent qualities through effective communication and going beyond the normal levels of service. We are always looking for new customers to demonstrate the high level of service I feel my team provides and we are all here to service your needs in anyway shape or form”.

Oliver Rowland who was born and bred in West Bridgford and specialises in residential, re-mortgage and buy to let mortgage advice will be holding a series of mortgage advice days  to help anyone who is looking for general mortgage advice in the current market climate.

Oliver said:

“I understand the current property market can be confusing to some people with regards to people looking to buy or sell, my job is to give a clear understanding and a breakdown of the key information you need to purchase, sell or re-mortgage a property.

“If you are looking to buy or sell through william h brown or any other agent I am here to assist your needs”.
