Grounded Kitchen has relaunched its West Bridgford restaurant.
The refurbished West Bridgford store includes a new, lowered seating area for guests to sit in and enjoy their food, as well as an original, hand-painted wall mural.
A feature of all Grounded Kitchen branches, the mural showcases the brand’s appreciation for Korean culture and art.
Alongside this is The Flavour Tree – a visual representation to help customers understand the much-loved, authentic Korean flavours on offer. From Bulgogi to Fire, there’s something for every taste.
As well as the new décor, the store is relaunching with new menu items for customers to enjoy.
Additions to the menu include Korean Bao – a fluffy Hirata bun filled with a choice of beef, chicken, salmon or plant-based tofu or tempeh, and topped with pickled mooli, crispy onion, coriander, spring onion and sesame seeds.
Korean Chicken Wings are another newcomer. Available in bundles of 4, 8 or 12, the wings are coated in spicy gochujang marinade and topped with crispy and spring onions, coriander and sesame seeds.
In addition to the new menu items, Grounded Kitchen’s made-to-order Nourish Bowls remain a firm favourite on the menu. Each bowl consists of fresh vegetables, together with meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan options on a bed of rice or noodles, infused with a range of intense and authentic marinades. Options include the aromatic Bulgogi with the spicy Fire sauce.
Other customer favourites include SsamBaps, Smoothie Bowls and sweet treats such as waffles, pancakes and ice cream.
There is also a range of Quencher drinks in a variety of flavours, all of which are topped with a mix of desiccated coconut, granola, almonds, strawberries and blueberries.
Guests can add a bit of rainbow to their day with a colourful superfood latte or, for a caffeine fix, indulge in flavoured Frappes.
Like all the stores within the Grounded Kitchen family, everybody that uses the West Bridgford store will be made to feel comfortable and welcome. Choose to eat in or take away, plus there’s a delivery service through partners Deliveroo. Store opening hours are Monday to Wednesday 12pm – 8.30pm, to 9.30pm on Thursday to Saturday, and Sunday 12pm – 8pm.
