As a Balmain Hair Couture concept salon, No. 4 uses Balmain products and colour throughout every service. Known globally for its heritage in luxury fashion and hair care, Balmain combines high-performance formulas with beautiful fragrance and exceptional results. From colour and precision cutting to nourishing treatments and signature styling, every detail is focused on maintaining the health and integrity of the hair.
One of the salon’s most loved touches is the signature backwash ritual, where every wash includes a relaxing 10-minute head massage using Balmain products — a moment designed to help clients switch off and unwind.
At No. 4, we also recognise how important true ‘me time’ is. Silent appointments are available for any client who would prefer a more peaceful experience. Simply add a note to your booking or mention it on arrival, and your stylist will keep conversation to a minimum — allowing you to fully relax, read, catch up on work, or simply switch off.
We also offer flexibility with appointments — if you’re unable to find a suitable time online, please call the salon and we will always do our best to accommodate you, whether that’s an earlier morning or a later evening appointment.
Community is also at the heart of the salon. Charlotte and her team regularly support local initiatives, offer “Random Acts of Kindness” blow-dry appointments, and provide compassionate and complimentary hair care for those going through cancer treatment. A Blue Light discount is also available for frontline emergency services and NHS workers.
The salon is also excited to welcome new stylist Kadey to the team. With over 9 years in the hair industry, Kadey has worked across a variety of salons, including three high-profile celebrity salons in London and Surrey.
