Police report the cat was recovered near Wilford Hill.
Police said:
‘Officers from West Bridgford are sorry to report that today (25 September) we have recovered a deceased cat from the top of Loughborough Road close to Wilford Hill Cemetery.
‘The cat has been taken to Nottingham PDSA – 0800 917 2509
‘The cat is described as a medium sized tabby cat with black, ginger and white fur with white tipped paws.’
