West Bridgford roads to close for carriageway patch repairs – see maps

Via East Midlands, on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, has announced a series of temporary road closures and restrictions in West Bridgford.

The closures, which are due to carriageway patching, will affect several roads for varying periods in August and September 2023.

Rodney Road will be the first to undergo maintenance, with closures scheduled from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays, starting from Friday, August 11th, and ending on Thursday, August 17th. During this period, motorists are advised to use an alternative route via Burleigh Road, Dunster Road, and Leahurst Road.

Ralf Close will be closed for one day only, on Friday, September 12th, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Willow Road is next on the list, with closures planned from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays, starting Wednesday, September 13th, and ending on Tuesday, September 19th. During this period, Boundary Road will serve as the alternative route for motorists.

Lastly, Peveril Drive will be closed from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays, starting Wednesday, September 20th, and concluding on Thursday, September 28th.

In addition to the closures, temporary prohibitions on waiting and loading will be in effect on all the mentioned roads during the specified periods.
