The new marketing suite at the Waterside Apartments is now open – giving potential buyers a taste of life by the Trent, whilst finding out what they can expect from one of Nottingham’s premier new developments.
The Waterside Apartments has opened a marketing suite on Radcliffe Road, giving buyers a feel for the lifestyle at one of the city’s most hotly-anticipated apartment schemes.
“We’ve had a considerable amount of interest in the Waterside Apartments – as you would expect from such an iconic site – and have already sold almost 70 per cent of the available apartments,” said Steve Parker, head of FHP Waterside Living.
The former Rushcliffe Civic Centre has received a £28 million investment, transforming the iconic, curved building into a 121-apartment luxury scheme with high grade serviced offices and three new waterside retail units.

Open hours will be: Monday – Friday, 4:30pm – 6:30pm; Saturday, 10am – 1pm and Sunday 1pm – 4pm.

The modern bathroom features full height ceramic tiles and a wall-mounted mirror. Other features include: integrated WiFi controlled electric heating and wood-effect flooring leading to floor-to-ceiling glazing.

The scheme has been designed by Leonard Design Architects and is being developed by local developer Monk Estates, with the scheme looking to complete early 2020.
