“We’ve had a considerable amount of interest in the Waterside Apartments – as you would expect from such an iconic site – and have already sold almost 70 per cent of the available apartments,” said Steve Parker, head of FHP Waterside Living.

The former Rushcliffe Civic Centre has received a £28 million investment, transforming the iconic, curved building into a 121-apartment luxury scheme with high grade serviced offices and three new waterside retail units.

“The marketing suite is now officially open seven-days-a-week and we’re looking forward to meeting first-time-buyers and downsizers alike – looking to enjoy living by the water and experience the luxury lifestyle the Waterside Apartments will provide,” added Steve.

Open hours will be: Monday – Friday, 4:30pm – 6:30pm; Saturday, 10am – 1pm and Sunday 1pm – 4pm.

Steve added; “The marketing suite features an elegant kitchen with Silestone worktop and splashback as well as high-end integrated appliances. The modern bathroom features full height ceramic tiles and a wall-mounted mirror. Other features include: integrated WiFi controlled electric heating and wood-effect flooring leading to floor-to-ceiling glazing.

“The marketing suite has been designed to reflect the elegant and unique identity of this development, whilst the quality fixtures and bespoke details combine to create a feel of character and contemporary style.”

The scheme has been designed by Leonard Design Architects and is being developed by local developer Monk Estates, with the scheme looking to complete early 2020.

Sam Monk of Monk Estates added: “As a Nottingham-based developer, it is vital to us that we deliver a high-quality product that not only stands the test of time but provides the purchaser with a feeling of luxury and attention to detail. That, coupled with a well-managed approach and only selling to owner occupiers, has been overwhelmingly well received. The results of which speak for themselves.”
