£5200 from the golf day. Thank you for your prize.
West Bridgford restaurant Yumacha held the Yumacha Charity Golf Day on 12 July and raised an incredible £5,200 for local charities.
There was an amazing turnout of 86 players on the day.
A spokesperson said:
‘Thank you to everyone who played and everyone who donated prizes.
‘We were amazed by the generosity of the players who bought raffle tickets and auction prizes.
As part of our 10th Anniversary we set a target to raise £10,000.
‘The golf day achieved a whopping £5,200 and added to our existing total it is now at £8,400.
‘50% of the funds will go to Haywood House Hospice. And 50% will be shared with local charities and good causes.
‘Thank you to everyone for your continued support.
