Sat 16th Apr – Wilwell Farm Cutting in Spring with Gordon the warden (gordon.dyne@gmail.com) for a stroll round the reserve looking at spring flowers and stuff. Meet 10 am at the Wilwell car park on the left of the B680 between Ruddington and Wilford, just before the ring road bridge).
Sun 24th Apr – Bunny Old Wood Open Day from 10 till 3 with a guided walk at 11am, children’s activities and info about woodland history (not to mention the bluebells). Car park on the left on the A60 climbing up out of Bunny village. Chris Terrell-Nield (0115 9374906).

Sun 29th May – Keyworth Meadows Open Day Walk with Niel Pinder (07981 928402).We will start with a look at the burial ground wildflower meadow and then walk about one kilometre to Keyworth Meadow at the edge of Fairham Brook. will be looking at birds, bees, butterflies and wild flowers. Meet at 09:30 in the cemetery car park at the bend in Wysall Lane, return by 1:00pm. NB Lings Lane gets very muddy in wet periods.
Sun 29th May – Bingham Linear Park Grizzeled Skippers Walk + other butterflies, flora & fauna with Jenny Craig (Â jenny@ifcraig.com ) Meet 10 am at the Tithby Bridge entrance on Tithby Road, Bingham.
Sat 4th Jun – Wilwell Farm Cutting Nature Reserve Open Day – from 10 am till 4pm – range of plants will be labelled up and we also be running some guided walks. Thurs 16th Jun – walk round Rushcliffe Country Park starting at 10am outside the front of the Visitors centre, looking at the sites Natural History. Easy walking approximately 5k,wheel chair accessible. Car Park £1 pay at the machine. Rushcliffe Country Park, Mere Way, Ruddington NG11 6JS. The new Café should be open by then for refreshments at the end of the walk

Wed 13th July – Evening walk round Dewberry Hill Nature Reserve at Radcliffe on Trent. Meet 6.30 pm pm at the entrance on Cropwell Road (going out of Radcliffe), parking on the left about 150m beyond the traffic lights up the hill. Gordon Dyne (gordon.dyne@gmail.com)
