Wilford mobile fishmonger raised RNLI funds on his local rounds for ten years

Steve was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the RNLI.

Steve Clayton, a mobile fishmonger operating in the South Notts collects for the RNLI as he goes around to local homes.

Steve, who trades as Wilford Fisheries has been helping the local RNLI to raise finds for the last ten years.

To date Steve and his box have raised a total of £1,126 – this is amazing when you consider that for the last two years during the Covid lockdowns there has been virtually no or very little retail activity for him.

To mark this achievement the RNLI awarded Steve a certificate of appreciation, which Ann Jordan the President of the West Bridgford Branch presented to him.

RNLI West Bridgford thanks Steve and his customers for their continued support.
