Police investigating an assault on a woman at a music festival are appealing for information and footage of the attack.
The victim was bitten and had her hair pulled during the incident at the Lost Weekend event, held in Wilford, Nottingham.
She was attacked close to the toilets at the festival by another woman around 4.45pm on 14 June 2025.
Officers have been investigating by taking a number of accounts of what happened and are now urging any witnesses to come forward.
Police Constable Daniel Carter, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“The victim suffered some nasty injuries and was shaken by what happened.
“She was trying to enjoy the festival with friends when she was assaulted and we are determined to trace the woman responsible.
“We particularly want to speak to anyone who was at the event and witnessed what happened, or has any recorded footage of the incident.
“This is a popular, well-organised event and we won’t tolerate people behaving in this way.”
Anyone who can help should call 101, quoting incident number 578 of 14 June 2025, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
