Detectives investigating the discovery of a woman’s body in a house Farnsfield near Newark have confirmed that her death is not being treated as suspicious.
A scene has been in place in the house in Green Vale since Friday 1 January 2020 and it is due to be lifted today.
Detective Inspector Rich Monk, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Our investigations into this incident have concluded the woman’s death was not suspicious. Our sympathies are with her family at this sad time.
“I’d like to thank the local community for their cooperation while officers and detectives worked to establish the circumstances of this incident.”
