Planning permission was granted in 2016 for the residential block in West Bridgford.

Parking for 22 cars and 8 cycles is proposed, as is landscaping the surrounding area.

The planned accommodation comprises 6 x 1 bed and 24 x 2 bed over four storeys. The Ambulance Station was demolished in February 2016.

The land was originally sold for £650,000 – but the first sale fell through, it hit the market again and was sold for an undisclosed sum.
