Police received reports of a tree set alight.
Police said:
‘West Bridgford Neighbourhood team received a report in relation to a deliberate fire set to a tree in Sharphill Woods on 16/04/2020 at approximately 19:30 hours.
‘There have been previous reports of this last year, therefore, officers will now be committed to pulling this in as part of our daily patrol whilst out on bikes which we have been doing over the past few days.
‘Officers have been taking a few seconds out to appreciate the views from the top.

‘If you see any groups of youths or anyone acting suspiciously within these woods then do please call 101 and let us know.’
