Nottinghamshire Police officers have carried out a warrant at a house in Huthwaite following concerns raised by local residents.
The grow was found on Springwell Road at around 1.30pm on Wednesday (6 May 2020) and a 29-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
A large cannabis grow containing more than 100 plants have been seized, as well as a large number of bagged drugs ready for distribution.
PC Daukintyte is leading the investigation. She said: “Nottinghamshire Police is committed to robustly investigating crime associated with cannabis in its bid to protect the public.
“Those who choose to grow cannabis must consider the impact and potential risks involved – not only to themselves and their own property but also the wider neighbouring community.
The man remains in police custody.
