Nottinghamshire Police neighbourhood teams conducted high visibility reassurance patrols 0n 9 October in Cotgrave in response to community concerns about anti-social behaviour and a recent fight between two groups that resulted in two assaults.
Officers were also in the Ringleas area and in the Cotgrave Precinct to engage with members of the public and discuss local concerns.
They also patrolled on foot and on marked police cars to target road safety, drink driving and other criminal activiny on the roads.
Inspector Craig Berry said: “Anti-social behaviour in Cotgrave is now neighbourhood priority for Rushcliffe and there will be a number of activities and events taking place involving community safety partners to deal with issues and reassure local people.”
