Police have recovered a vehicle stolen from Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club.
Police in Rushcliffe said:
‘Following our earlier report regarding the theft of a John Deere Gator from Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club, we are pleased to update that the vehicle has now been recovered.
‘An eagle-eyed member of our Facebook group contacted us after spotting the ATV embedded in a bush in a local field.
‘Officers attended the scene and, with the assistance of the local farming community, successfully recovered the vehicle and returned it to its rightful owner.
‘Enquiries remain ongoing to trace those responsible for this theft.
‘Our team continues to conduct regular rural patrols and community engagement across the area.
‘However, we also rely on the vigilance of our rural community. Please ensure appropriate security measures are in place at all times to help protect property and deter criminal activity.
‘Thank you to everyone who continues to support us in keeping our rural communities safe.’
