St Giles Preschool in West Bridgford is looking to recruit two term-time-only members of staff to start in September.
Post 1
Preschool Deputy Manager to work three days, Monday to Wednesday, with occasional flexibility.
The successful candidate will be required to take on the roles of SENCO Lead and Safeguarding Lead.
Post 2
Preschool Assistant to work on Fridays, with some occasional cover for staff absences.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
• Passion for, and experience of, working with children in an Early Years setting
• An ability to motivate all children to reach their full potential
• High expectations and the ability to be a reflective practitioner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
The successful candidates will hold, as a minimum, a Level 3 childcare qualification. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
