West Bridgford Fire Station were mobilised to a road traffic collision on the A46.
A spokesperson for the station said:
‘East Leake Fire Station was also mobilised but travelling across country was slow going even with our advanced driver training.
‘Three people were able to be assisted to get out of the vehicle.

‘One person was trapped by the vehicle and was released using Halmatro cutting tools and structural knowledge, whilst Helimed provided medical treatment.
‘All casualties handed over to East Midlands ambulance service.’
