A BTP officer is set to stand trial at Derby Crown Court next month after being charged with sexual assault.
PC Ian Openshaw is charged with two counts of sexual assault in relation to an incident off duty in September 2024, following an investigation by Nottinghamshire Police.
He will appear at Derby Crown Court on 23 May, and is currently suspended from duty.
