Directors of The Body Project in West Bridgford, have teamed up with Cheff in Lady Bay to donate and deliver healthy meals to the elderly in the local community who can’t or don’t have access to food.
Cheff will make the healthy fresh food and Body Project will help deliver them.
Meals are FREE with delivery to Lady bay, West Bridgford, Gamston, and Edwalton area residents.
Allergies can be accommodated and the meals will be healthy individually prepared portions in easily storable / microwaveable containers consisting of typically chicken, rice and veg.
All the main macronutrients. Depending on the demand, the meals may arrive frozen or fresh, we will just have to see what happens, the key is to help as many people in need as possible.
