A whirlwind of waste has made its way onto a lay-by on the A52 near Saxondale Island near Bingham in the form of a caravan named Tornado.
It’s full of household waste items and help is needed to trace who has irresponsibly dumped it and blighted the area.
The vehicle is believed to have been left at the location on or before Monday September 21 and Rushcliffe Borough Council(RBC) want to trace its owner.
They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have dashcam footage from the area on that day, or from residents and motorists who may recognise the caravan or recall suspicious activity in the lay-by.

A RBC spokesperson said: “Abandoning a vehicle is a crime and never acceptable as it can blight public areas, creating issues and eyesores in otherwise clean places or highways.
“Rushcliffe prides itself on being a great place and any item that is dumped in this manner can affect our communities and environmental priorities.
“We encourage anyone with any information on the caravan to contact us.”
