Central Avenue in West Bridgford town centre will be closed overnight later this month to allow road repairs to take place.
Nottinghamshire County Council has announced that the entire length of Central Avenue will be closed from 10pm on Monday 16 November until 5am on Tuesday 17 November 2026.
The closure will allow Via East Midlands, working on behalf of the county council, to carry out large-scale patching repairs to the road surface.
Temporary restrictions on waiting, loading and unloading will also be in place throughout the closure.
A signed diversion will operate via Bridgford Road and Rectory Road in both directions.
Motorists are advised to follow the diversion route while the repairs are carried out.
The road is scheduled to reopen at 5am on Tuesday 17 November.
