Police from Operation Reacher patrols have been working near Victoria Retail Park in Netherfield and Colwick Loop Road.
Police said after the incident on Saturday 20 May:
‘As you aware we have been conducting patrols for car cruising and anti social driving around the Retail park and loop road.
‘We would like to remind people that this is not a racetrack and if you are found to be using it as such we will take action.
‘Last night while on patrol we have been made aware that vehicles again are driving at high speed along Colwick Loop Road and this ( pictured ) was the end result.
