Emergency services attended Queens Bower Road, Bestwood, Nottingham around 7am on Thursday 18 April.
This was following a road traffic collision between a car and an electric bike.
The rider was taken to hospital for treatment following the incident.
Closures were in place on the road, between the junctions of Deer Park Drive and Hillington Rise.
