Police have released images of two people they want to speak to after a father and daughter were punched on a tram near the Royal Centre stop in Nottingham city centre on 25 September.
Nottinghamshire Police said two passengers had reportedly begun making accusations about others on board. When the father challenged their behaviour, he was punched in the face and his daughter was punched in the stomach.
Officers believe the two people pictured could help with the investigation and have asked them to come forward.

PC Feron Thomas said: “If you recognise the people in these images, please get in touch with us.”
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting crime number 26000579289.
