Fire Service advice after fire involving solar panels

Crews attended a fire in an outbuilding with solar panels.

A spokesperson for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said:

‘On 25 June we attended an incident involving an out building with solar panels involved in fire.

‘It was in Harby, near Melton Mowbray.

‘This was a make up call along with a number of other crews from Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
