Four men have each been charged with 10 offences following a number of incidents that occurred in the early hours of Friday 8 September 2023.
They are:
Azaine Jenkins, 18, of Denton Avenue, Sandiacre, Nottingham
Jordan Kent, 21, of Elizabeth Court, Wigston, Leicestershire
Cassidy Smith, 20, of Tovey Crescent, Leicester
Oliver Smith, 22, of London Road, Leicester
Each of the men has been charged with:
– One count of burglary
– Two counts of theft of a motor vehicle
– Three counts of attempted burglary
– Four counts of fraud
The charges of attempted burglary, burglary and theft of motor vehicle relate to incidents that occurred in Leicester’s Essex Road, Hallaton Road and Beaconsfield Road.
The four counts of fraud relate to a bank card that was stolen in the burglary and used in four separate transactions on the same day.
The men will appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 19 July.
