Keyworth bus service improvements from Trent Barton

trentbarton is improving the Keyworth bus service from Sunday, 2 February, with earlier arrivals, better city stops, a 15-minute frequency, and new buses introduced to the route.

The enhancements will include five refurbished, newer buses to refresh the Keyworth fleet. The fleet is increasing in size to enable a 15-minute frequency to be reintroduced.

From 2 February, all the Keyworth services will serve Mount Street in Nottingham, enabling all customers to be dropped off or picked up in the heart of the city centre.

The timetable is also being adjusted to provide earlier arrivals in Nottingham from Monday to Saturday. The enhancements are being delivered as part of trentbarton’s partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council.

Tom Morgan, trentbarton managing director, said:
“It’s always exciting to be boosting a service, and the Keyworth is getting a range of enhancements to improve the customer experience.

“We believe the positive changes will provide extra reasons for people to choose to travel by bus, the greenest public transport choice.”
