A 26-year-old man has been arrested after officers recovered cannabis and a lock knife in Bulwell.
Nottinghamshire Police’s Knife Crime Team had been tasked to the area when they sighted a car being driven suspiciously at around 4.30pm on Friday (4 September).
Officers stopped the vehicle and found a large amount of cannabis and a lock knife as a result of a stop and search.
A man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and possession of a bladed article.
He’s been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
